Printing, proof of purchase

The University should allow students to print or some sort of proof of purchase for printing costs so that students with disabilities can claim back costs through DSA allowance.

Thank you for your enquiry. I am so sorry that you had trouble getting a print log processed over the Christmas break. 24.12.13 - 1.1.14 inclusive the LRC is staffed by security. May I ask did you visit during that time?

The proof of purchase for printing costs is called a Print Log. You would have been told about this by the Health and Well Being team. You may request a print log of any printing done by yourself at University to claim against your DSA allowance at any time that the LRC is staffed by Learning Resources staff. You need to make the request in person (at the Customer Service desk) or in writing to Learning Resources. If you requested this between 24.12.13 - 1.1.14 inclusive security would not have been able to help you.
If you e-mail
and request a print log you should get one within 36 (staffed) hours.

Our staffed hours are slightly different until 6.1.14 so I would advise you to check here
