SPSS

My SPSS licence expired and I went through the online process to retrieve a new one, however none of the new codes will work.  Are you able to advise what is happening?  I need to be ableto use SPSS as soon as possible, my MSc dissertation is due on the 19th!

There is a temporary glitch with IBM as they are not issuing any more individual licenses at the moment
Users can still download the software from the normal site -  http://lrweb.beds.ac.uk/spss but there is no need to get a license code from the system, but use the code in the instructions below.
