sorry you are experiencing problems with accessing the digital library. I have
checked your accounts and they all seem to be fine
When
you authenticate you need to use
username:
university ID number
password:
your date of birth - two digits for each element, no spaces or punctuation eg
010101
We
advise that you start with the library catalogue or DISCOVER and search the University's resources from
there ie do not go directly to the publications website
If
this doesn't help please ring Bedford library and they will talk through the
process with you and iron out the specific problems you may be having
