problem as soon as possible.
I am sorry that you seem to have had a problem with IEEE. I have tested access
this morning and it seems to be working and there doesn't seem to be anything
wrong with your library account.
May I check your route into IEEE with you?
Start with the library catalogue
Under Ejournal Collections drop down menu click on IEEE
Under browse institutions click on "U"
Scroll down to University of Bedfordshire click on that link
Log in with your library account details in the normal way
