Visitor Complaint

Disappointed that library staff at the University of Beds are not flexible in allowing SCONUL approved student to use library space despite ample suggestions of how to validate student's authenticity and history of academic excellence and community work #notthatnice

Thank you for your post. I am bit bewildered as to what the problem is - as your membership ran out in 2013 have you got your new Sconul Access email of authentication? Secondly have you followed our process on our website? https://lrweb.beds.ac.uk/.../external-users/categories
I have reviewed your visit on Monday 4 June where I note that you used your mother's ID to come into the library and as a consequence you were issued with a written warning. This has nothing to do with flexibility and is a clear case of going against the University's Code of Conduct. This will not allow Visitor membership to the University's library.
