I'm currently writing up references that I've found on
discover but when I click the hyperlink in my Word doc they don't work? I'm
using Microsoft edge and it says http 404 error. I'm not sure why as I'm
copying and pasting the correct URL into my word document?
Thank you for your email. If you are using links from Discover
or other databases, you need to copy the 'Permalink' address (this is a link
from the vertical toolbar on the right hand side of the screen) rather than
copying the address bar, as the address bar at the top only uses a temporary
URL. Please contact your Academic Liaison Librarian if
you continue to get the error message.
