Bedford - Praise for staff

I would like to thank Kathryn Gray and the Educational Librarians for all their help recently in locating two books. The team did not give up in the search for an elusive book, that had appeared as 'on hold' on my ticket but had gone astray! They emailed me on a number of occasions to update me on what was happening. The team even very quickly managed to get an e-book, as one reservation was difficult to get hold of. Now everyone can access it! Thank you to the team for all the hard work!
