I would like to take this opportunity to highlight a new service that the University is introducing across all sites from October 2010 and piloting at Butterfield in the new year. The Begin helpdesk project will introduce a first base staffed desk for any enquiry about the University that you need assistance with. If your query cannot be answered on the spot you will referred to the most appropriate person to deal with it. I know its a little way off but I think its something that most customers will welcome in due course.
