Can't get into my e-mail

I am unable to access my email

Thank you for your query regarding your email account. I am sorry that you have been experiencing problems. Its difficult for me to answer your query as there does not appear to be any problems with your University accounts.
If you are clicking on the "university emails" bubble on the University pc desktop this won't take you to your netmail account. Try logging on through:
netmail.beds.ac.uk
not the bubble on the desktop which is gmail.
If this isn't successful please go to the enquiry desk of your LRC next time you come into the University.
