Research

I will appreciate it if you can find for me any books and journals about Dame Elizabeth Anionwu. Thank you.

Thank you for your email. Part of your journey as an undergraduate is to learning how to do your own research.

May I suggest that you contact your Academic Liaison Librarian – David Abdy

https://lrweb.beds.ac.uk/studyhub-library/what-is-study-hub/study-hub-teams/alls/david-abdy

For some advice on how to research Dame Elizabeth Anionwu.

You may find some online help in the Adult Nursing Subject Guide

https://lrweb.beds.ac.uk/health/

You could start by searching the catalogue. To help you there is a guide in the A-Z list of resources. Just type Catalogue in the search box and you with get a PDF help sheet “Searching Effectively for Information”

https://lrweb.beds.ac.uk/studyhub-library/document-search-page/?query=catalogue&page=1&pageSize=10

 I hope that helps

Printing

 You said:

Im currently in the library and am having trouble finding the correct printer on the floor I am on. I am on the 2nd floor and have tried typing in the ID number, as well as tried accessing web print but have had no luck.

If you could please advise how I can connect to the printer.

We said:

Thank you for your enquiry

There is an issue with printing across the University at this time. If you log onto a PC on level 1 of the Luton Campus library and send your printing from there you can collect your printing as normal.

There is a customer service desk on level 1 of the library and you would get a quicker response to your queries by talking to staff there.

We said:

Thank you for your email. I can confirm that the 50p fine on your library account has been removed.

I can also confirm that there is still £8.13 on your print credit account (the last time you used your print credit account was 4.12.20).

I hope this puts your mind at rest

eVision

 You said:

When logging into my library account today for the first time I saw that the address that is on my library account is wrong. It states that my address is XXX. However, that was my old university address, my current and only address is YYY. Is there any way this could be changed on my account, please?

We said:

Many thanks for your email. Please check eVision.

On eVision your contact address is down as XXX. If you update your eVision record everything else will be updated too
