more disabled help out of hours  Great staff and excellent service We said: I am sorry you didn’t get the help you needed. All Learning Resources staff are disability aware and respect the needs of students with assistive status. While the LRC is staffed any member of the team will be of assistance. Security patrol overnight and their role is quite different to Learning Resources.LR staff will help to escort/guide you round the library, retrieve items and move obstacles, as well as find coloured paper for printing or photocopying.

Make printing and photocopy free It helps me in doing my assignment. We said: The reprographics team sets up the printers and provides the service costs for the University. Learning Resources houses most of the student printing in the University and help the customer facing delivery of this service. The University's Freshers bursary helps with printing costs for the majority of our undergraduate students. Our printing costs compare very favourably with peer institutions and the cost of colour printing is going down from September!

Enforcing the Law on the use of the Silent area I am able to study effectively We said: Thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. In Luton's current building in order to have any silent working it has to be on a floor with book stock. Unfortunately this brings with it some noise. We do our best to manage this but it doesn't always work. In the new library (opening in L Block July 2016) there are silent room on levels  4, 5 & 6. These will behind a glass wall away from the bookstock. This should make maintaining the silence requirement a lot easier..
