Word document - Pages 19 and after 3 pages
stops. (Printer states sating prohibited) stops print and then have to
complete. print again, then fine so every time I print I am wasting print
credit which I am now very annoyed

do you print the entire document or just the missing pages?
May I reassure you that after you reported your problem to
library staff they investigated and escalated to our Reprographics team. They
are pursuing this issue, they have reported so far:
It is very difficult to diagnose.
It would be helpful to send Reprographics a copy of the affected file when the
problem happens to help them test the problem. You may do this via the library
team during staffed hours

Reprographics have flagged this
to our system provider for an urgent response so we understand what the error
messages mean why it happens and how we can implement a fix. Reprographics have
also requested a time frame to fix the issue and asked what additional info
they require to investigate.
