Luton LRC - temperature

We are paying 9K a year to be in the Uni and I expect the heating to be adequate. Please sort this out!!

Thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. I apologise for the discomfort and inappropriate working temperature in the IT Suite.

The problem has been reported to Facilities and they are looking into it. Supplementary heaters are being installed to help with the immediate problem.

In addition I would advise you to work in another area of the LRC there are plenty of PCs on the other floors
