Luton LRC - temperature

Level 3 is really cold, would appreciate if something was done to rectify the problem. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. I apologise for the discomfort and inappropriate working temperature in the LRC.

The problem has been reported to Facilities and they are looking into it. Supplementary heaters are being installed to help with the immediate problem.

In addition I would advise you to work in another area of the LRC there are plenty of PCs on the other floors
