Exams are approaching and I know I speak for all of us in the Division of
Science about the unruly nature of some of our colleagues in the LRC. Unless one
owns a good pair of headphones the LRC sounds very similar to a Starbucks or a
Mc Donalds. I hope some sort of control can be implemented as it is very
frustrating for those who want to do work and achieve high grades in their
finals.

I am sorry that you find the majority of the LRC too noisy to work in.
I would advise you to work on level 2 or level 3 these floors are
designated Silent floors. We have noise monitoring equipment installed to help
maintain the study environment
