My comments/suggestions : The wi-fi is truly appalling, a lot of the time i can't even connect and when i do manage to connect the speed is very slow. Why offer wi-fi if it doesn't work

Please could the person who sent this provide a few more details? We need to know where you tried to connect in the Library and day, date and time. That will help us give you some useful information. Thanks
