I am aware of the issues and have recently had some more WiFi heads installed to increase capacity in the Social Learning Space, IT Suite and Level 1. A survey of these areas has also just been completed and I am trying to secure funding to install more WiFi heads to increase capacity further. Hopefully this work will be completed in the next couple of months.
I would be grateful if you could let me know in which area you were using WiFi and at what time so I can investigate further?
