Opening hours

I have been asked to contact to arrange a time to come into the library by one of my lectures as I am struggling to download a program on my mac and he has told me to come ask you as apparently you can help me get this downloaded as it is for an assignment that is due in on the 30th of July.

 when is a good time to pop on campus to get the help I need to download it?

At Luton from example, that would be Monday- Friday 8.30 – 18.00 Saturdays 10.15 – 17.30 and the Customer Service desk is on level 1

Printing and Opening Hours

I wanted to come into the Library to print some stuff off and was wondering if coloured printing is still available? Also, which entrance do I use to enter the library - and is a COVID test needed to come to to the library. And is the Library open everyday and which times? 

 Please let me know.

ID card

 You said

I didn't get my student id card yet so, can I access to the library physically or first I have to get my card? . I applied for card about 3 weeks ago and still yet didn't get it because of that I cannot have access to the library. Please issue me student card so that I can access to the library.
