Business Resources

I am a new registered mature student at UoB. I would like to request you to please provide information as from where can I borrow the books (new or used) of the following courses......

Thanks for your enquiry. I have passed it to your Academic Liaison Librarian Avtar Natt who should be able to help you with any resource enquiries for your course:

In the meantime may I direct you to your tutor for a Reading List for your course. Or you can start yourself off by doing a subject search on  the library catalogue
library.beds.ac.uk
or DISCOVER

where you can search for the items you require. If they are in stock you may look at them electronically, in print on Campus or reserve as appropriate to the format they are available in.

If you are on Campus you may get assistance from staff at the Customer Service desk who would be happy to help you with this

Business students have access to their own web pages on advice and information on how to access resources:

There is more information on LRWeb:

As a post graduate if the items you require are not in stock you may apply outside the University to retrieve them using the University's Document Supply service

Making a Document Supply Request - please look at all the pages in this section

Referencing - Health

I have begun writing my essay for essay for one of the nursing modules. I’m finding Harvard referencing difficult. I was wondering when PAD were coming to Bucks campus, so they could help me with improving this skill?

Thank you for your enquiry. I have forwarded your email to the PAD team and I am sure they will get back to you soon.

In the meantime may I direct you to these pages as they may be of help to you:

May I direct you to this page should you have any future enquiries for PAD:

External Customers

I am just wondering if you grant access to outsiders in order to use the learning centre for study purposes? I am also a student but from another university and currently living in Luton.

Thanks for your enquiry. Your home University should be able to tell you if  is part of the Sconul Access scheme. Please talk to the library staff there.
