Luton Library - mess

I like to complain about the mess in library as many students living behind food and rubbish behind and making a mess for others to use, which is not very good for other student if you look at hygiene as there is orange peels
and other food products mess all over the floor and near the computers.
Would you please look at this matter very closely.

Thank you for raising your concerns. Library customers are expected to clear up after themselves. I am sorry that you have found messy areas of the library. Care for the library's study environment is a joint effort between the library customers and the Facilities staff who maintain the cleanliness of the space via a regulated schedule. There are Code of Conduct requirements and sanctions about food in the library

• You can consume cold food, cold drinks and lidded hot drinks in the library. Hot food is not allowed on library floors
