PC Problems

hi im a 3rd year student trying to complete my assignments, The system is ridiculous, the internet keeps freezing and the computers are so slow, how can a university service can be so slow, is there any point of having these resources, that you cannot use. This is really frustrating, can you please sort this out


I am sorry that you are experiencing problems with your log on. There are no problems with the University network and there are no problems with your library or network accounts. May I advise you to present your problem to the helpdesk in the LRC if you continue to experience "freezing".
