I can log on to BREO but I think I have locked myself out of
the library resources (it says there is an intruder and won't log on).
I am sorry that you have been experiencing problems. Unfortunately the scenario you describe has been happening to a few of our customers. This happens when your account has tried to login too many times with the wrong password. We think this is happening particularly when you change your password, but don't update saved passwords in your browser or device.
If you are not on Campus please
go to our pass word re-set site
set your password to something secure then remember to change any stored
passwords in your browser or on your phone or tablet, otherwise the problem
happen again!
